AlphaOS provides software, data aggregation, and AI-assisted research tools for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You may not share accounts or resell access without written permission.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a refund policy.

We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms for billing.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or infrastructure.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent affiliation with AlphaOS.
• Redistribute proprietary content, models, or outputs at scale without permission.

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and curated content, is owned by AlphaOS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business research in accordance with these Terms.

Market data and third-party content remain subject to their respective licenses. You must comply with any attribution or usage restrictions we disclose.

Outputs from AI features may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must independently verify material information before relying on it. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of AI or automated summaries.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaOS and its affiliates, officers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You will defend and indemnify AlphaOS against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
