TMC Welcomes Unanimous Decisions by International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea Ordering the ISA to Respect NORI and TOML’s Due Process Rights

TMC's subsidiaries, NORI and TOML, secured a unanimous decision from the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, which ordered the International Seabed Authority (ISA) to respect their due process rights. This ruling protects NORI and TOML from irreparable prejudice in their ongoing proceedings against the ISA.
